The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) is delighted to announce today (Tuesday, 28 August 2012) the launch of its brand new app, a mobile gateway to useful information on insurance.

At the touch of the screen of the mobile device, users will have instant access to:

• the database showing all registered insurance agents in the territory;

• a set of useful tips on taking out insurance policies;

• a comprehensive list of insurance companies;

• first-hand information about the HKFI and its activities.

The highlight of the new app is the life adventure game designed to remind players the risks they will encounter at different stages of life. Player have to make wise decision to manage such risks and plan ahead for a more secure and better future. So it is more than just an enjoyable way to kill time.

“The HKFI mobile app represents our continued efforts on employing digital tools to provide timely services to our customers and reach out to the wider public,” said Ms Agnes Choi, Chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers. “We are confident that users will find the new app a handy tool for instant access to up-to-date information about insurance.”
